Micronix PV-6070 has 128MB RAM onboard which is sufficient for most Windows & Linux applications. It also supports “boot on USB”, whereby you can use any USB memory as booting device.

PV-6070 comes in extended temperatures and will with stand shock and vibration of mobile and automotive equipment.
